You can tell the staff truly care about the experience. Whether your celebrating a special occasion or simply in the mood for an outstanding Italian... Allegria is the best Italian around ”
“ We always eat here when staying in St. Annes , just visited again on Sunday, food was excellent as usual . I had Penne Pesto with goats cheese and hubby had seafood spaghetti, I forget the proper name for it , it was full of calamari, big prawns and mussels. We had garlic bread and calamari to start and ordered a bottle of house red. The winter / spring special of 50% off starters and mains if you dine between 5pm and 6pm means you can go out for fantastic Italian food with a bottle of wine and it doesn't break the bank. Service was friendly and efficient as always , we' ll be back next time we are in town. ”
“ Best Italian in the area without a shadow of a doubt....to be honest the best Italian me and my husband have ever had. I've been a fair few times over the years and it's faultless. Proper food, fresh ingredients and good atmosphere. They need to branch out because I'm never as impressed with other Italians. ”
“ Great Italian food and reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. Food was lovely and large portion and presentation was 100% Would definitely go again.. try to book a table as you may have a long wait if you just turn up as very busy around 8pm ”
“ ne word wow ! I would advise to book a table as it gets busy. I came to this restaurant everytime i ame to st anne as a child and it was the best, well it is still the best. The food was perfection! Yes it is pricey but you pay for good food! As a family run business, one of the best goung. They was welcoming and friendly. When pressented with the wine they even let use taste it to make sure we was happy with that brand(white chardonnay). The menu was brilliant, both in english and the Italian name and had a brilliant selection loads of amazing starters and garlice bread. Then mains like homemade lasagna, risotto, pasta, pizza(brilliant collection) to stakes. There was also a children's menu good selction for them and at a brilliant price. All i can say is well worth the money and they also do take out!!! And will do doggie dags for you Thank you so much you where all fantastic ”
“ Wow what a great Italian restaurant:)! St Anne's is lucky to have this lovely place:) the king prawn appetizer was delicious just smaller prawns than expected, my friend had the Calamari and wasn't too happy with it as it seemed generic and from frozen, but the liver starter is delicious just remember to get bread with it:) the Carbonara is up to standard but the Beef Stroganoff is absolutely the best I've ever had other than my mothers of course;) but I highly recommend the Beef Stroganoff for dinner here it is a winner:) also Asahi beer on tap and look out for their wonderful specials throughout the year ”
“ Visited on our Easter break away and it was a lovely experience with beautiful food and wine. The atmosphere was great and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Also great at catering for children. We will be coming back. ”
“ We booked on line about an hour before going on a Friday evening. Glad we booked it was so busy I think we were luck to get a table. Just for two though. Shown to our table right away and left to check out the menu. Staff were really busy but friendly and helpful. Order taken quickly and not much of a wait for food - especially given how busy it was. Atmosphere was chatty and lively - would not make for a romantic, quiet dinner for two - but we enjoyed the bustle. Groups of adults and families all enjoying their food. Would recommend. ”
